This 1980s Canyon Park ranch home needed work on every exterior surface. Rather than hiring multiple contractors, the homeowner chose K Single Corp to manage the entire project. We replaced the 35-year-old roof with Malarkey Vista AR architectural shingles, installed James Hardie fiber cement siding on the two most weather-exposed elevations, replaced all gutters with seamless aluminum, repainted the remaining original siding and all trim, and installed a new insulated front entry door. The coordinated approach saved the homeowner time, money, and the hassle of managing separate contractors.
