This University Place home with views of the Tacoma Narrows bridge needed attention across every exterior surface. As general contractor, we replaced the aging composition shingle roof, repaired and re-sided wind-damaged sections with matching vinyl siding, rebuilt the deteriorated back deck with composite decking, repainted the entire exterior, and installed an insulated garage door with windows. The homeowner appreciated having a single point of contact for the entire project rather than juggling multiple contractors and schedules.
