This Issaquah Highlands home sits on a sloped lot with stunning Cascade Mountain views that the homeowner wanted to enjoy from a new outdoor deck. We engineered the foundation with adjustable post footings to accommodate the grade change, built a pressure-treated frame, and installed TimberTech composite decking in Mahogany for its rich color and zero-maintenance durability. The cable railing system preserves the mountain views, and LED post cap lights provide ambiance for evening entertaining.
