This charming 1940s Cape Cod near Steilacoom Lake needed a complete exterior repaint. Given the home’s age, we performed a lead paint assessment before work began and followed all EPA RRP protocols for lead-safe work practices. After thorough scraping, sanding, and priming, we applied two coats of premium exterior latex paint in a classic white with navy blue shutters and a red front door, a color scheme that honors the home’s traditional character while looking fresh and inviting.
