Pressure wash, scrape and sand peeling areas, prime bare wood, two coats Sherwin-Williams Duration in Iron Ore (body), Snowbound (trim), repaint fascia, soffit, and garage door.
The original builder paint on this Renton Highlands split-level was peeling badly on the south and west exposures after 12 years. We pressure washed the entire exterior, scraped and sanded all peeling areas, primed bare wood, and applied two coats of Sherwin-Williams Duration exterior paint, a premium product formulated to withstand the PNW climate. The homeowner chose Iron Ore for the body with Snowbound white trim, giving the home a modern, refreshed appearance that dramatically improved curb appeal.
