The existing EPDM membrane on this Crossroads office building had multiple leak points after 18 years of service. We removed the old membrane and insulation, upgraded the roof insulation to current energy code (R-30), and installed a 60-mil TPO membrane with a fully adhered system. New scuppers and overflow drains ensure proper water management. The building’s tenants experienced zero disruption during the one-week installation.
