Located just blocks from the Des Moines marina, this waterfront cottage needed a roof that could handle salt air and the constant moisture of living near Puget Sound. We installed 26-gauge standing seam metal panels in Slate Gray, a material that’s virtually impervious to the corrosive marine environment. The clean lines of the standing seam panels complement the cottage’s coastal character, and the 50+ year expected lifespan means this homeowner won’t be thinking about roofing again anytime soon.
