This Twin Lakes home had significant moss buildup on the north-facing roof slopes and algae staining across most of the south side. We applied a professional-grade soft-wash treatment to kill moss and algae without damaging the shingle surface, manually removed heavy debris from valleys and around flashings, flushed all gutters and cleared downspouts. Zinc strips along the ridge will provide ongoing protection against moss regrowth between annual maintenance visits.
