Soft-wash treatment on 8 townhome units, valley and flashing debris removal, gutter flush on all units, zinc strip installation, maintenance report for HOA.
The HOA for this Angle Lake townhome complex contracted us to clean and maintain the roofs on all eight units. Heavy moss and algae growth on the north-facing slopes was a concern for both aesthetics and roof longevity. We performed soft-wash treatment on every unit, cleared debris from all valleys and flashings, flushed every gutter run, and installed zinc strips at the ridge lines to prevent regrowth. The HOA received a detailed maintenance report with photos and recommendations for each unit’s roof condition.
