A December Puget Sound windstorm tore shingles off two sections of this Kent home’s roof, exposing the underlayment to rain. We responded with same-day emergency tarping, then returned within 48 hours for permanent repairs. We documented all damage for the homeowner’s insurance claim, replaced approximately 200 square feet of shingles with matching Malarkey architectural shingles, repaired the ridge cap, and re-attached a gutter section that had pulled away during the storm.
