Remove clogged sectional gutters, install 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters, 3x4 downspouts, micro-mesh leaf guard system, fascia board repair at two locations.
Surrounded by mature maples and alders, this Alderwood home’s gutters clogged multiple times every fall, causing water to cascade over the edges and saturate the soil around the foundation. We replaced the old 5-inch sectional gutters with oversized 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters for higher volume capacity, and installed a micro-mesh leaf guard system that keeps debris out while allowing water to flow freely. Two sections of rotted fascia board were replaced before the new gutters went on.
