Project Scope
Remove old sectional gutters, install 5-inch seamless aluminum gutters, 3x4 downspouts, leaf guard screens, splash blocks, underground drain tie-in at two downspouts.
This beautifully restored North End Victorian had original sectional gutters that leaked at every joint and overflowed during heavy rain. We replaced the entire system with 5-inch seamless aluminum gutters custom-fabricated on-site to match the home’s roofline. The new system includes oversized 3x4 downspouts to handle PNW rain volume, leaf guard screens, and underground drain connections at two downspouts to direct water away from the foundation. We color-matched the gutters to the home’s historic trim color.
