Full tear-off, install synthetic underlayment, Malarkey Legacy shingles in Midnight Black, replace all pipe boots, new drip edge, ridge vent upgrade.
This South Hill family home needed a new roof after 25 years of PNW weather took its toll on the original three-tab shingles. We installed Malarkey Legacy architectural shingles, a premium product made right here in Portland with recycled rubber and sustainable materials. The Midnight Black color gives the home a clean, modern look. We also upgraded from individual box vents to a continuous ridge vent for more efficient attic ventilation.
