This charming Green Lake Tudor needed a complete reroof after 28 years with the original three-tab shingles. We installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro architectural shingles in Weathered Wood, a color that complements the home’s stucco and timber exterior. The project included replacing four deteriorated pipe boots, upgrading to a continuous ridge vent for better attic ventilation, and adding ice-and-water shield in all valleys and at the eaves.
